Here at Essex Kitchens and Bedrooms, we’re experts in designing and fitting beautiful, functional kitchens. With a wide range of stunning kitchen and bedroom designs to choose from, there’s something to suit all tastes and requirements.
HANDLELESS KITCHENS FROM ESSEX KITCHENS & BEDROOMS…
A true Handleless kitchen features no handles on the cabinets, cupboards and drawers. Instead, a continuous rail is recessed into the actual cabinet, creating a clean, uncluttered look which is entirely modern and minimalistic.
CONTEMPORARY KITCHENS TO WRITE HOME ABOUT…
The beauty of a contemporary kitchen can be found everywhere you look. Sleek and sharp lines, symmetrical forms and practicality all come into the mix. Natural elements are often a big feature in a contemporary-style kitchen with wood finishes and stone being a big part of the design. Glass, high-gloss and stainless steel can also compliment the contemporary look.
OUR SHAKER KITCHENS ARE AT THE HEART OF TRADITION…
A Shaker kitchen encapsulates the true heart of traditional kitchens in England. A popular style since the 18th century, shaker kitchens have stood the test of time and are the most popular traditional style of kitchen.
A Shaker kitchen is so called because of the detailing on the cupboard and drawer panels. Sunken and crafted panels with feature handles create a warm and friendly space that’s cosy and inviting, perfect for snuggling down on a cold winter’s day to cook a roast dinner for the family.
INSTANTLY RECOGNISABLE BY DESIGN…
A classically created in-frame kitchen is instantly recognisable by its design. The appearance of a door enveloped by a frame conjures images of traditional, time served craftsmanship.
Our in-frame kitchen ranges feature square framed doors with flat centre panels or traditional beaded details. An in-frame kitchen is both a practical and stylish choice for the more discerning customer.
DESIGNING BEDROOMS TO DREAM IN…
After a long hard day, there’s nothing quite like the feeling of retreating to the comfort of your own bed. A good night’s sleep is essential to your well-being, helping you to recharge your batteries and prepare for what tomorrow has to bring.
Here at Essex Kitchens & Bedrooms, we’ve created a range of bedroom designs embracing your need for tranquillity.

Peter has been a dedicated professional in his field for over 40 years, starting his career as a skilled carpenter. He honed his expertise as a kitchen fitter, working for some of the most prestigious kitchen showrooms. Eight years ago, he opened his own showroom, where he meticulously chose suppliers known for their high-quality products at affordable prices. His vision for the showroom was to create a warm, friendly, and pressure-free sales environment where customers could comfortably discuss their needs in detail.
Peter is known for his hands-on approach, actively fitting kitchens when he’s not busy designing in the showroom. His attention to detail is unparalleled, and he expects the same level of dedication from his team. The business is a family affair, with his son, a qualified plumber, working alongside him. Peter himself is a fully qualified electrician, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of kitchen installation and design.
Peter is always accessible, even outside of standard working hours, and his calm, methodical approach to problem-solving reassures his customers.
